We understand that life gets busy and hectic at times. However, in fairness and courtesy to other patients and Dr. Trish’s time, after the second no show and/or last minute cancellation, you will be charged for the cost of the third missed session.
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. This will allow other patients the opportunity to schedule a healing session if your appointment time becomes available in a timely fashion.
New Patient Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give us 24 business hours notice when cancelling a new patient appointment. The patient will be held responsible for the cost of a new patient appointment for a last minute cancellation or no show appointment.
